Teague Announces New Solar Plant

The San Francisco-based BP Solar and EnergyNovo, of Elephant Butte, announced Monday their plans to partner in the development of a 160-acre, 22-megawatt, photovoltaic solar plant to be located in Sierra County near Elephant Butte."
