Montna Farms Unveils 394 kilowatt Solar Power System

Solarbuzz: "Today Montna Farms, SolarCity Corporation and MMA Renewable Ventures, a subsidiary of Municipal Mortgage & Equity, LLC announced the completion of a 394 kilowatt (kW) solar power system installed at the company’s farm in Yuba City.
Montna Farms is hosting the solar array to offset energy usage, reduce costs and further its commitment to sustainable farming. Covering 92,000 square feet of unused land at its rice dryer facility, the solar array will generate 725,000 kilowatt hours of electricity annually, providing 65 percent of the farm’s energy needs."
